Samsung Galaxy S21 series pre-booking has officially kicked off in India, as announced by the company. This falls in-line with a recent report by 91mobiles. Interested customers can pre-book the Galaxy S21 phones on Samsung India’s e-Store and the Samsung Shop app by paying a Rs 2,000 token amount and receive the ‘Next Galaxy VIP Pass’. The advance amount will be deducted from the device price and VIP customers get a smart clear cover worth Rs 3,849 for free (in addition to any other applicable pre-booking offers at launch). Samsung Galaxy S21 pre-reservations will be valid until January 14th, 2021. The company says that users can cancel the VIP Pass any time before use and get a 100 percent refund. However, the company hasn’t revealed anything about their availability just yet.
Samsung Galaxy S21 series specifications
The Samsung Galaxy S21, S21 Plus, and S21 Ultra are expected to come with a centre-positioned punch-hole display, a rectangular camera module at the back, and flagship-grade internals. All the models are said to come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888/ Exynos 2100 SoC paired with up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB internal storage that should be expandable. The flagships are expected to boot Android 11-based OneUI 3.0 custom skin on top. Connectivity features could include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, USB Type-C port for charging, and data sync.

While the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is said to have a quad-camera setup at the back, comprising of a 108MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a couple of 10M lenses. The Samsung Galaxy S21 and S21 Plus are expected to pack triple sensors at the back with a 12MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 64MP telephoto lens. The standard Samsung Galaxy S21 is said to have a 4,000mAh battery, the Plus model has a 4,800mAh unit and lastly, the Ultra is expected to be fueled by a large 5,000mAh battery.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 series price is said to start at EUR 849 (around Rs 76,000) for 8GB+128GB variant and go all the way up to EUR 1,399 (around Rs 126,000) for the Galaxy S21 Ultra 12GB + 128GB model. We should know more details soon. Stick around.
