Redmi Note 9T price, specifications, and more details have been revealed as the phone has launched globally. As speculated earlier, the handset is a rebrand of Redmi Note 9 5G that launched in China back in November, but with a different paint job. The Redmi Note 9T ships with a familiar design, including a punch-hole touting flat display, a circular camera module at the back with triple sensors, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. Key Redmi Note 9T specifications are MediaTek Dimensity 800U, 6.53-inch FHD+ display, a 5,000mAh battery, 18W fast-charging support, 5G connectivity, and Android 10 OS. Separately, the company has also launched Redmi 9T, a rebranded Redmi 9 Power, at the event, along with the Mi 360 Home Security Camera 2K Pro and Mi Smart Clock.

The Redmi Note 9T price is €229 (around Rs 20,600) for the base 4GB + 64GB storage variant, while the 4GB + 128GB variant costs €269 (approx Rs 24,200) in Europe. The phone will be available from January 11th in Nightfall Black and Daybreak Purple colours. The early-bird pricing of the Redmi Note 9T 4GB + 64GB is €199 (approx Rs 17,900) and €249 (around Rs 22,400) for the 4GB + 128GB model.

Redmi Note 9T sports a 6.53-inch FHD+ display with a punch-hole cutout at the top-left corner for the selfie camera and slim bezels. The phone is TUV Rheinland-certified to eliminate Blue Light filter. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset paired with Mali G57 GPU, 4GB RAM, and up to 128GB storage (UFS 2.2 for select carriers) that should be further expandable via a microSD card slot. The phone boots Android 10-based MIUI 12 custom skin on top. Connectivity features include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, IR blaster, 3.5mm audio jack, and USB Type-C port for charging and data sync. 

As for the cameras, the Redmi Note 9T has three cameras comprising a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro lens. There is a 13MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. A 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast-charging support fuels the phone. The phone has a 3D unibody design, dual speakers, an anti-fingerprint back panel, and splash-proof nanocoating.
