The Realme Narzo 30 was launched in Malaysia on Tuesday. It comes as a successor to the Narzo 20 that made its debut last year. With the launch of the Narzo 30, Realme now offers two smartphones in the Narzo 30 lineup in the Malaysian market with the other device being the Narzo 30A. Realme had unveiled the Narzo 30 series back in February with the launch of the Narzo 30A and the Narzo 30 Pro in the Indian market. As the name suggests, the Narzo 30 slots in between the more affordable Narzo 30A and the slightly costlier Narzo 30 Pro. Let us have a look at Narzo 30 price and specifications.
Realme Narzo 30 price, sale date
The Realme Narzo 30 price is RM 799 (approximately Rs 14,160) in Malaysia for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and it is the only memory configuration on offer. However, as an introductory offer, Realme will be selling the Narzo 30 for RM 699 (approximately Rs 12,388) during the first sale. Speaking of which, the Narzo 30 will go on sale from May 19th at 09:29 PM MYT (06:59 PM IST) and it will be available to purchase from Shopee Mall.
Realme Narzo 30 India launch has been confirmed but there is no word yet on when the phone will arrive. Moreover, the company plans to bring both 4G and 5G versions of the Narzo 30 to India.
Realme Narzo 30 specifications
The Realme Narzo 30 4G sports a 6.5-inch display with IPS LCD technology, full-HD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh, and a peak brightness of 580 nits. The display has a punch-hole mounted to the top-left corner of the screen for the front-facing camera. Powering the Narzo 30 is the Helio G95 SoC that is 12nm nodes, an octa-core CPU cluster, and ARM Mali-G76 GPU. The smartphone is available in Malaysia in a 6GB+128GB configuration. On the software side of things, you get Android 11 with Realme UI 2.0.
The Narzo 30 has a triple-camera setup at the rear with a 48MP primary camera, 2MP monochrome sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. The 48MP primary camera at the rear can record 4K videos at 30 fps. At the front, there is a 16MP camera for selfies that can record full-HD videos at 30 fps.
The Narzo 30 packs a 5,000mAh battery with 30W Dart Charge technology. Fortunately, the brand ships the device with a 30W charger in the box. Connectivity options include two SIM card slots, 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth v5.0. GPS. NFC, and a USB Type-C port. The phone has a dedicated microSD card slot and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
