Samsung Galaxy S21 series launch is on January 14th, which is just right around the corner. Ahead of the launch event, a series of leaks and rumours have revealed quite a good deal about the design and specifications. Now, noted leakster Evan Blass, in association with Voice, has shared complete camera details of the Samsung Galaxy S21 series (both rear and selfie) through infographics. These corroborate the recent leaks and show that, like with the Galaxy S20 lineup from 2020, Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra ships with beefed-up camera configuration and should be a key highlight at the launch.
Samsung Galaxy S21 series camera specifications
The Samsung Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 Plus are said to be equipped with a 12MP f/1.8 primary sensor, a 64MP telephoto lens with f/2.0 aperture, and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture. There is an LED flash outside the rectangular camera module. Both the phones are said to pack a 10MP sensors for selfies and video chats.
On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is said to have a 108MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture, a 10MP telephoto lens with f/4.9 aperture, and another 10MP telephoto sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The rear cameras will be assisted by an LED flash and laser autofocus. The Ultra is expected to have a 40MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 series will have a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout to accommodate the front camera. Since the details are revealed via official-looking infographic images, we can expect the camera details to be true.
