Vodafone mobile tariff to go live starting today: Here's how much the subscribers will have to pay

Following the move from Airtel, Vodafone Idea also recently increased the prices of its prepaid plans. The newly announced plans are going live starting today (November 25). This move is aimed to improve ARPU (average revenue per user), which is the amount that a telecom company earns per subscriber a month. However, the analysts feel that this new price hike would make telecom services less affordable and could also lead to a decline in the subscriber base.
