Some OnePlus 8 users are not able to use Google Pay and other banking apps

Some OnePlus 8 users are claiming that they are unable to use Google Pay, banking apps along with several other apps after updating their OnePlus 8 with Oxygen OS 11.0.9.9.IN21BA software.
