Redmi Note 11 series is set to launch in China today as a follow-up to the Redmi Note 10 lineup. The lineup is expected to include at least three models: the Redmi Note 11, Note 11 Pro, and Note 11 Pro+. The company has been pretty vocal about teasing the features on social media. It has already confirmed the Redmi Note 11 Pro/11 Pro+ will feature a 108MP primary camera on the back, while the Pro model will ship with the MediaTek Dimensity 920 chipset. The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ will be the first mid-range phone to come with 120W fast charging support.

The phones are expected to make their way to the Indian market soon but a timeline can’t be said for certain yet.

Redmi Note 11 series is set to launch in China today at 7pm local time (4:30pm IST), and the event will be live-streamed on the company’s China website.

Redmi Note 11, Note 11 Pro, and Note 11 Pro+ prices (expected)

  • The Redmi Note 11 price is said to starts at RMB 1,199 (approx Rs 14,000) for the 4GB + 128GB variant, while the 6GB + 128GB variant is said to cost RMB 1,399 (approx Rs 16,300). The 8GB + 128GB version is tipped to cost RMB 1,599, and lastly, the 8GB + 256GB model is expected to be priced at RMB 1,799.
  • The Redmi Note 11 Pro price is tipped to be RMB 1,599 (approx Rs 18,700) for the 6GB + 128GB version, RMB 1,799 for the 8GB + 128GB model, and RMB 1,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant.
  • The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ is said to be priced at RMB 2,199 (approx Rs 25,700) for the 8GB + 128GB variant and RMB 2,499 for the 8GB + 256GB version.

Redmi Note 11: Starting off with the standard Redmi Note 11, it is said to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC paired with G57 MC2.The phone will have a 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor and a 2MP depth-of-field camera. The phone is said to sport a 6.5-inch FHD+ IPS LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper. The phone is tipped to pack a 5,000mAh battery that should be backed by 33W fast charging. It will be equipped with IR Blaster, Corning Gorilla Glass protection, a 3.5mm audio jack, and an aluminium alloy frame. The phone will pack up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB UFS 2.2 storage.

Redmi Note 11 Pro: Next is the Redmi Note 11 Pro, which is said to feature a 120Hz AMOLED display but the exact display size is a mystery at the moment. It will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 920 processor paired with up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and at least 128GB UFS 3.1 storage option. It is likely to run on Android 11 OS with MIUI 12.5 custom skin out of the box and pack a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging support. The phone will be equipped with JBL speakers, NFC, symmetrical stereo speakers, and a metal frame. The Redmi Note 11 Pro is tipped to feature a 108MP Samsung HM2 primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP depth sensor.

Redmi Note 11 Pro+: The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ will be the top-end model in the series and is obviously expected to bring the top of the life specifications. The phone is said to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 AI processor coupled with 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. It is confirmed to feature a 108MP primary camera on the back, which could be aided by an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP depth sensor. The phone may get a 16MP snapper on the front for those selfies and video calls.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ could ship with a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, and a punch-hole cutout. It is said to get a decent 4,500mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. We can expect it may have an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.
