The hugely popular OnePlus Buds Z will finally get a successor soon as the retail box of the upcoming OnePlus Buds Z2 has surfaced online. Well-known Twitter tipster Evan Blass has finally revealed the retail box of the upcoming TWS. OnePlus will host a new event in China on October 13th, where they are to launch their new affordable flagship, the OnePlus 9RT 5G. OnePlus will also launch the OnePlus Buds Z2 during the same event. Tipster Mukul Sharma has confirmed the same via a poster.

OnePlus Buds Z2 retail packaging and features
OnePlus Bus Z2 retail packaging has been leaked by tipster @evleaks, which clearly shows us all the contents inside the box. Though OnePlus has not confirmed the details of the upcoming TWS, the box image clearly shows us some of its key specs and features. The retail box gives us a first look at the TWS in Black colour. We exclusively revealed the OnePlus Buds Z2 design last month and our renders showed the device in white colour. Leaked images also show us the traditional Type-C red cable from OnePlus alongside some extra ear tips. The case retains a glossy finish on top of its previous iteration.
The OnePlus Buds Z2 will retain the traditional stem design, similar to OnePlus Buds Z. though this time The Buds Z2 earbuds are more angled compared to the previous Buds Z, assumingly to make it a better fit in most ears. The battery capacity of the charging case is confirmed to be 520mah capacity, with the usual support of fast charging.
Our previous leak also mentioned the presence of Active Noise Cancellation(ANC) and Dolby Atmos support. The earbuds are supposed to offer up to seven hours of battery life on a single charge, with the charging case to offer up to 38 hours of backup. It should also support Warp Charging, which will offer up to five hours of battery life with 10 minutes of charging. There’s still no word on its pricing and availability, but we will find that out on October 13th in the event in China.
