iQOO 8 and iQOO 8 Pro flagships were launched in China recently and if rumours are to be believed, the latter is set to debut in India soon under the iQOO 8 Pro Legend moniker. Now, it appears the brand is gearing to unveil the successor, the iQOO 9. The next-gen iQOO 9 Pro Indian variant has been spotted on the IMEI certification with the model number I2022, which suggests the launch could be soon. Considering the iQOO 7 and iQOO 8 launch timelines, iQOO usually introduces the successors almost six to seven months after. We can speculate the iQOO 9 series may debut early next year. Unfortunately, the IMEI database listing doesn’t reveal much else about the phone just yet.
