Realme Narzo 50i tipped to be cheapest Narzo phone yet, launch set for September 24th

Realme is all set to launch the new Narzo 50i and Narzo 50A smartphones in India during the September 24th launch event. The Realme Narzo 50i is tipped to be the cheapest Narzo smartphone in the country yet. Realme has already started teasing the Narzo 50 series on its social media platforms. MySmartPrice has learned that Realme will indeed launch both the Narzo 50i and Narzo 50A this week. These budget handsets will be launched alongside a range of AIoT products, including the Realme Band 2 and Realme Smart TV Neo. Let’s take a look at what to expect from the Narzo 50 series.

Starting off with the event lineup for September 24th, Realme is likely to launch a host of AIoT products alongside the new Narzo 50 lineup, which will include the Narzo 50i and Narzo 50A. The AIoT products will include the Realme Band 2 and the Smart TV Neo 32 inch. When launched, the Realme Narzo 50i will reportedly be the cheapest Narzo device yet. The Narzo 20A was launched by Realme at a price of Rs 8,499 and was followed up by the Realme 30A which had a sticker of Rs 8,999. It seems the Realme Narzo 50i price in India in India could be around Rs 8,000.

The Realme Narzo 50A teaser images show a square-shaped camera module on a dual-tone panel. At the front, the device will feature a notch to house the 8MP front camera on top of an IPS LCD display panel.

Little is know about the specification on the Realme Narzo 50i, however, the specs on the Narzo 50A have now been trickling out for some time. The Narzo 50A will feature the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC which is the same as what one can find powering the older Narzo 30A. The camera housing plays host for a triple camera setup, which according to rumours comprises a 50MP AI main sensor supported by two 2MP (portrait and depth). The fingerprint sensor has also been designed into the same housing. The phone will get a 3.5mm headphone jack as well as a Type C port. The device is likely to be offered in 4GB/64GB and 4GB/128GB variants.
