Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite is expected to be the next affordable tablet from the brand. Earlier this week, support pages for the tablet went live on the official Samsung website. Now, we have spotted the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite LTE and Wi-Fi variants on the Google Play Console and Google supported devices list. The listing reveals key Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite specifications, which weren’t known until now. The Google Play Console listing reveals the chipset, RAM, display resolution, and more. It also includes a render that gives us a look at what the tablet looks like.

Based on the Google Play Console listing, both the Wi-Fi and LTE variants will have similar specifications. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite comes with the MediaTek MT8768N, which is the MediaTek Helio P22T chipset. The octa-core processor is specifically designed for tablets and comes equipped with the Imagination Tech PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The listing also reveals 3GB RAM onboard and 800×1340 display resolution. The tablets will ship with Android 11 OS.
The render on the Google Play Console listing reveals the tablet with noticeable bezels on the top and bottom. The power button and volume keys are on the right side of the frame. There is no word yet on the battery and camera details yet. But we are one step closer to seeing the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite launch officially. Samsung could announce the product in the coming days.
As the name suggests, the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite will be a stripped-down version of the Galaxy Tab A7. The latter comes with a 10.4-inch WUXGA+ TFT display with a 2000×1200 resolution. It is powered by the Snapdragon 662 chipset paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. The tablet comes with an 8MP rear camera and a 7,040mAh battery, which could be the same for the Lite model.
