A mysterious Vivo phone with model number V2040 has appeared on Geekbench revealing some key specifications. Speculations are rife that it could be the Vivo V20 (2021) that was certified by multiple regulators in the recent past. The Vivo V20 (2021) has managed to score 553 in the single-core and 1765 in the multi-core test, respectively. The listing shows it’ll come with 8GB RAM and Android 11 OS, probably skinned with Funtouch or OriginOS. The Vivo V20 (2021) has SM6150 mentioned in the motherboard section, meaning the phone may be powered by the dated Snapdragon 675 SoC. Unfortunately, not much else is revealed about the handset on Geekbench.

To recall, the current-gen Vivo V20 sports a 6.44-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with 1,080 x 2,400 pixels resolution and a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage onboard that is further expandable using a microSD card. The phone boots Android 10 with Funtouch OS custom skin on top. As for the cameras, the Vivo V20 has triple cameras in a rectangular module at the back comprising of a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP secondary sensor, and a 2MP mono sensor.

There is a 44MP snapper on the front with Eye Autofocus for selfies and video calling. It has an in-display fingerprint sensor for security and a 4,000mAh battery with 33W fast-charging support fuels the phone. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB Type-C port for charging and data sync. Vivo V20 measures 7.38mm in slimness and weighs just 171 grams. Vivo V20 price in India is Rs 24,990 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model and Rs 27,990 for the 8GB + 256GB option.
