Redmi 9 Power price in India, availability details, and specifications have officially been announced in the country. As expected, the handset goes official in the country as a rebranded Redmi Note 9 4G that debuted in China last month. However, there is one major difference between the two phones. The Indian Redmi 9 Power packs 48MP quad rear cameras, which 91mobiles had exclusively confirmed ahead of the launch, as opposed to triple cameras on the Chinese variant. Other Redmi 9 Power specs include the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor, 48MP quad cameras, 6,000mAh battery, and 18W fast charging solution.

Redmi 9 Power price in India is set at Rs 10,999 for the base variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The 4GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs 11,999 The handset comes in Mighty Black, Fiery Red, Electric Green, Blazing Blue colour options. Redmi 9 Power’s first sale in India will be on December 22nd at 12 noon via Amazon.in, Mi.com, and through offline channels.

Redmi 9 Power runs Android 10 with MIUI 12 skin on top and comes with dual SIM support with 4G connectivity. The handset flaunts a dewdrop display, which is 6.53-inch tall and bears FHD+ (1,080 x 2,340 pixels) resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Under the hood, the Redmi 9 Power employs Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC paired with Adreno 610 graphics processor, 4GB RAM, and 128GB storage.
For photos and videos, the Redmi 9 Power packs a triple rear camera setup featuring a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP wide-angle secondary sensor, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. It can shoot 1080p videos at 30fps. At the front, the handset sports an 8MP shooter for selfies and video chats. The phone is driven by a beefy 6,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
The Redmi 9 Power also highlights a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, dual stereo speakers, and connectivity options such as Bluetooth v4.2, Wi-Fi 02.11 a/b/g/n/ac, USB Type-C port and a headphone jack. The Redmi 9 Power measures 162.3 x 77.28 x 9.6mm and weighs 198grams. The smartphone is also equipped with High-Res audio stereo speakers and Widevine L1 certification.
