POCO M3 India launch seems to be drawing closer now that the Indian variant has appeared on the TUV Rheinland certification. Tipster Mukul Sharma has spotted the POCO M3 with model number M2010J19CI, which is expected to be the Indian variant of the device. The TUV Rheinland certification also includes a few more regional variants of the POCO phone (M2010J19CT and M2010J19CG) as well as some Redmi devices. POCO M3 launch in India is expected considering the brand launched the POCO M2 earlier this year. While a December launch seems unlikely, we can expect the smartphone to arrive in Q1 2021.

POCO M3 specifications
To recall, the POCO M3 sports a 6.53-inch FHD+ display with a standard 60Hz refresh rate. The handset is powered by the Snapdragon 662 chipset, which is the same processor that powers the Redmi 9 Power in India. The POCO M3 comes with 4GB RAM and up to 128GB internal storage. It runs on Android 10-based MIUI 12 and connectivity options include 4G LTE, dual-band WI-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and USB Type-C port.
The POCO M3 comes equipped with triple rear cameras that include a 48MP primary sensor, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. The phone also features an 8MP front-facing camera. POCO M3 packs a large 6,000mAh battery and supports 18W fast charging. POCO M3 price in India is expected to be similar to the global price, which means it may launch at around Rs 11,000 in the country. We expected the company to start teasing the POCO M3 launch in India in the coming months.
