OPPO has announced the launch of its more premium TWS headset – the OPPO Enco W51 True Wireless Headphones with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) technology in India alongside with OPPO F17 and F17 Pro smartphones. The company slated to start the sales from September 10.
Priced at INR 4,999, the new earphones are the first active noise cancellation true wireless headphones from OPPO Acoustics.
OPPO Enco W51 Specifications and Features
The headphones come with a unique design, including a G3 ear curve to enhance the user’s comfort. There are also three different tips that users can choose from that will perfectly fit their ears.
Further, the OPPO Enco W51 comes equipped with 7mm drivers, which will deliver dynamic bass. The Enco W51 improves on the OPPO Enco W31 formula with proper noise cancellation – OPPO advertises up to 35dB reduction in noise using a system with dual microphones.
Additionally, three other mics are used for in-call noise cancellation. Each earphone comes equipped with triple microphone noise reduction technology and redesigned air ducts to prevent wind noises.
The TWS uses Bluetooth 5.0 technology for faster and more stable audio transmission when faced with multiple interferences. It can also provide a stable connection at up to 10 meters away for smooth calls and music even when your phone is not nearby.
The OPPO Enco W51 adopts the Binaural Low-Latency Bluetooth Transmission standard to reduce any audio delay. When paired with smartphones that support Bluetooth dual transmission, the headset can enter a low-latency mode – it can go down to 47ms, the worst-case scenario is 94ms.
The earbuds also come with touch controls for volume, call control, and track change. It is also IP54 rated for sweat and splash resistance. You can pair them with both Android and iOS devices.
The OPPO Enco W51 is OPPO’s first truly wireless earbuds that support both Wired and Qi Wireless Charging. You can charge the earphone case wirelessly by simply putting it on a charging mat. The charging case features a USB-C port for fast charging.
As for the battery, it packs a 350mAh battery case, which can deliver up to 24 hours of battery life when fully charged. A 15-minute charge is enough for 9 hours of playback.
