The details come from a well-known source and it includes the display, camera, chipset, and battery specs, among other things.

According to noted tipster Digital Chat Station, the Realme GT Neo 5 will feature a 6.7-inch 2,772×1,240p 1.5K OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the Realme GT Neo 5 is said to come equipped with an octa-core Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, which will likely be paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS4.0 storage.
In terms of software, the Realme GT Neo 5 is likely to run on Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0 skin out of the box. Coming to the cameras of the device, the tipster claims that the Realme GT Neo 5 will feature a 50MP Sony IMX890 primary camera, which could likely be paired with an 8MP ultra-wide angle camera and a 2MP macro camera.
