Samsung Galaxy S23 series is in the works to get an introduction next year. We’ve been hearing about this upcoming Samsung flagship for a few weeks now and have seen what they could look like via leaked renders. And now, a new tip from reliable leaker Digital Chat Station suggests that the vanilla Galaxy S23 might come with a bigger battery than its predecessor. Further, the tipster suggests that the S23 will pack the same 6.1-inch Full-HD display as S22, and the fast charging is not up to the mark as per a 6.1-inch flagship phone standard.
Previously, we learned that the Galaxy S23 could come in four colourways and skip a classic colour option, white, although the leaked renders of Galaxy S23 were of the white model. The Samsung Galaxy S23 series’ charging and chipset details have also made headlines.
Samsung Galaxy S23 battery capacity tipped
According to Digital Chat Station, the upcoming smallest Galaxy S23 family member will get its juice from a 3,900mAh, an upgrade over the Galaxy S22’s 3,700mAh battery.
Next, the tipster says that Samsung Galaxy S23’s 25W charging speed will be again rather disappointing and is in line with earlier 3C listing of the S23 lineup handsets. Besides changing capability, the display size and resolution remain the same, as mentioned earlier.
Specifications (expected)
Previous leaks have revealed that the Galaxy S23 will house a triple rear camera setup at the back. Samsung Galaxy S23 series could draw power from Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 globally.
The top-end Galaxy S23 Ultra will ship with a triple rear camera setup: 200MP primary, 12MP ultrawide, and 10MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom. There’ll be a 40MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calling needs. Lastly, the S23 Ultra will pack a 5,000mAh battery.
