Realme GT 2 Pro will launch in India next week alongside other products, like the Realme Buds Air 3, Realme Book Prime, and an FHD streaming stick. The flagship phone debuted in China earlier this year and went official globally only recently. The smartphone touts a new paper-like design, which Realme says is aimed at reducing carbon emission and as a move to explore a sustainable product design in a step towards a greener environment. The company has partnered with Sabic, a prominent global materials company for the GT 2 Pro. With a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset and a 2K AMOLED display, the Realme GT 2 Pro will look to take on the OnePlus 10 Pro in India. Realme GT 2 Pro design
Realme GT 2 Pro comes with an industry-first bio-based polymer design and is the world’s first smartphone to come with a TCO 9.0 certification, which is a leading sustainability certification for IT products. It comes with a paper technology design that is developed in association with Naoto Fukasawa and Sabic.
The phone has a punch-hole cutout on the front for the selfie snapper and narrow bezels. The power button is on the right spine, while the volume rocker is on the left edge. The USB Type-C port, speaker grille, and primary microphone are on the bottom. the back houses a rectangular-camera module to house triple camera sensors. It will come in Green and White colour options.

It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chipset coupled with Adreno GPU for graphics. The phone packs up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage that isn’t expandable further. The phone runs on Android 12 based Realme UI 3.0 custom skin out of the box.
The phone is equipped with Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res audio certification, an in-display fingerprint sensor for security, and a punch-hole cutout.
