The OnePlus Ace is rumoured to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor and finally, OnePlus has officially confirmed that the OnePlus Ace will indeed launch later this month in China. OnePlus Ace design, key specifications
As seen in the images above, this is what the OnePlus Ace will look like. OnePlus took to the Chinese microblogging website Weibo to announce the April 21st launch date of the device. The OnePlus Ace will launch in a silver and a black colour variant. The device will have a dual-tone texture at the back and will make room for a triple rear camera setup.
At the front, the OnePlus Ace will feature a centrally-aligned punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper. The device will miss out on a 3.5mm audio jack and the ever-famous alert slider, which might not sit well with many.
As far as the processor is concerned, the device was spotted on the Geekbench database website a little while ago, which suggests that the OnePlus Ace will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chipset and will have 12GB RAM support. The device will boot Android 12 OS out of the box. Lastly, the OnePlus Ace is said to feature a whopping 160W fast charging support and a 4,500mAh battery.
