Vivo V23 is the latest offering from the brand, while the OnePlus Nord 2 is around 7 months old. However, the latter is still a value for money offering considering the price difference between the base models (Nord 2 base model as 6GB RAM though) of both phones, a slightly superior MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset and a faster-charging speed. On the flip side, the Vivo V23 gets back in the game with a more premium design, the latest Android 12 OS out of the box and better optics.
Both phones have their own strengths in equal shares and you should have no issues picking either of them.
