How to check Jio balance using app

How to check Jio balance using website

You don’t have to rely only on the MyJio app to check Jio balance. It can also be done through the Jio website.

  • Go to Jio.com
  • Select the Mobile option and sign in with your number – an OTP will be needed, so keep your phone with Jio SIM around.
  • The follow-up page will show you the details of your existing plan, its validity, and remaining data and call benefits. To know more about the Jio balance in detail, click on Check Usage.

Along with Jio balance details, you can also check the usage of your internet pack, generate a statement, see recharge history, locate your phone, and download invoice history from the website.

  • Next, you need to select your preferred language option from the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) menu.
  • You will hear the daily data balance and validity of the plan.
  • Thereafter, you can also know about the recharges and plan, current data balance and validity, Jio Tune, etc. You can press the relevant code for the current data balance and validity option to know the balance.
