Realme is in the works to launch its Realme 9 series of smartphones. While the Realme 9i is said to be launching later this month and a bunch of renders and key specifications of the device have already been leaked, little was known so far about the Realme 9 Pro and the Realme 9 Pro+. Well, thanks to the latest exclusive information that we have received from tipster Mukul Sharma (@stufflistings), Realme will soon be launching both these devices in the global market. Sharma tells us that the Realme 9 Pro and the Realme 9 Pro+ have received the European Conformity and are expected to launch by February.
Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro+ launch timeline hinted
As per the information that we have received, the Realme 9 Pro (model number RMX3472) and the Realme 9 Pro+ (model number RMX3393) have already been approved for the European region and if things go as planned, both devices are expected to hit the commercial shelves by February 2022. Furthermore, both Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro+ will be 5G devices and though not confirmed by any means, we can expect the devices to be powered by processors like a MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor and/or a MediaTek Dimensity 920 processor.
Alongside the global launch, we can expect the Indian launch of both these smartphones sometime in February 2022. The brand has already confirmed that the Realme 9 series of smartphones is launching very soon, so we won’t have to wait much longer to see these smartphones launch in India.
Realme 9 Pro+ expected specifications
The Realme 9 Pro+ is expected to sport a 6.5-inch FHD+ display. under the hood, the device could be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor. For photography, the device is tipped to sport a quad rear camera setup – 50MP + 13MP + 8MP + 2MP and a 16MP selfie shooter. In terms of battery life, the Realme 9 Pro+ could very well feature a 5,000mAh battery and will have 65W fast charging support, as confirmed by its CQC certification listing.
