OPPO F21 series launch in India is expected in Q1 2022 and we now have more specific details to share. The series is said to include a vanilla OPPO F21, OPPO F21 Pro, and OPPO F21 Pro+. 91mobiles had recently exclusively revealed that the standard F21 will debut in the country by the end of Q1 2022, around March. Adding to that, industry sources now tell us the OPPO F21 Pro+ and OPPO F21 will debut in India between March 17th and 21st. However, the former will be on sale first while the vanilla model will release a week later.
Furthermore, the company is also working on the OPPO F21 Pro and might tag along later but the timeline isn’t clear at the moment for that model. OPPO F21 series is said to sport a sleek and stylish design, more so than the Reno7 series. No hardware specifications are revealed at the moment but we are hoping to learn more details as we inch closer to the launch.
To recall the OPPO F19 specifications, it sports a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera, 2400×1080 pixels resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, 409 PPI pixel density, and 90.8 percent screen-to-body ratio. The handset is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB expandable storage. The phone runs on Android 11-based ColorOS 11.1 custom skin out of the box and has an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. Moving to optics, the OPPO F19 has triple-cameras at the back, with a 48MP (F/1.7 aperture) primary sensor, a 2MP (F2.4) portrait sensor mono lens, and a 2MP (F2.4) macro mono camera. There is a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats. A 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support fuels the phone.
