OPPO is soon going to launch its next generation of Reno smartphones. If rumours are to be believed, the OPPO Reno7 series of smartphones is set for launch in China by the end of this month. Plus, we exclusively reported the Indian launch of the Reno7 series not too long ago. So far, the three devices that seem to be launching initially are the vanilla OPPO Reno7, OPPO Reno7 Pro, and OPPO Reno7 SE. Today, we have spotted the OPPO Reno7 Pro on the Geekbench database website, which has revealed some of its key specifications. Also, a live hands-on image of the OPPO Reno7 has surfaced, which showcases its rear in all its glory. Take a look.
OPPO Reno7 Pro visits Geekbench
As seen in the image above, the OPPO Reno7 Pro has managed to pull off 828 in the single-core test and 2,547 in the multi-core test. Furthermore, the Geekbench listing suggests that the OPPO Reno7 Pro will boot Android 11 out of the box. Under the hood, the device will come equipped with an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor, which will be paired with 8GB of RAM. We can very well expect the OPPO Reno7 Pro to come in a 12GB RAM variant as well.
OPPO Reno7 alleged hands-on image leaked
As seen in the image above, this is what the OPPO Reno7 will allegedly look like. The rear appears to be made up of frosted glass. The camera housing makes room for 4 lenses and an LED flash. There’s an OPPO branding at the bottom right portion. The last thing that we could spot was an antenna lining at the bottom left side of the device’s chassis, which could potentially mean that the OPPO Reno7 would come with a metal frame. Lastly, all three devices in the OPPO Reno7 series will most likely fashion an AMOLED screen.
