OPPO Reno 7, Reno 7 Pro, Reno 7 SE smartphones have been launched in China, as the successors to the Reno 6 lineup and bring sizeable upgrades to the table. The phones have punch-hole cutouts to house the selfie snapper, triple camera setups on the back arranged in a rectangular module, in-display fingerprint sensor for security. All three Reno 7 series models feature AMOLED display, 90Hz refresh rate, Android 11 OS, and 4,500mAh battery. The Reno 7 and 7 Pro feature aerospace-grade star and are made using the rain lithography process. The back-glass can show frosted particles and effects like a meteor shower. There is a breathing light around the camera module of the Reno 7 Pro, which has a ceramic colour-plated ring beside the main camera.
The Reno 7 and Reno 7 Pro come with a 32MP Sony IMX709 sensor that is jointly developed with Sony. It uses an RGBW arrangement. The company claims the light sensitivity has been increased by 60 percent and can reduce noise by 35 percent. It also features hardware-level DOL-HDR, which is said to bring better backlight shooting performance.

The Reno 7 comes in three variants — 8GB/ 128GB, 8GB/ 256GB, 12GB/ 256GB — with prices starting at RMB 2,699 (about Rs 31,500). On the other hand, the Reno 7 Pro is available in only two configurations, i.e. 8GB/ 256GB (RMB 3,699 or Rs 43,200) and 12GB/ 256GB (RMB 3,999 or Rs 46,700). The entry-level model in the series, the Reno 7 SE, also comes in two variants — you can buy the smartphone in 8GB/ 128GB configuration at RMB 2,199 (approx Rs 25,700) or 8GB/ 256GB option at RMB 2,399 (roughly Rs 28,000).
As for the availability, the OPPO Reno 7 and Reno 7 Pro will be available in China from December 3rd. The Reno 7 SE, on the other hand, will be on sale starting from December 17th. The phones will come in Star Rain Wish, Morning Gold, and Starry Night Black colours.
OPPO hasn’t said anything about the Indian availability of the Reno 7 series yet.
OPPO Reno 7 5G specifications
The OPPO Reno 7 sports a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with 1,080×2,400 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, a 90Hz refresh rate, up to 600 nits brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The phone has triple cameras on the back, comprising of a 64MP primary sensor with an f/1.7 lens, along with an 8MP wide-angle shooter, and a 2MP macro shooter. There is a 32MP Sony IMX709 selfie camera on the front for selfies and video chats.

There is a 4,500mAh battery that supports 60W flash charge support. It measures 156.8×72.1×7.59mm and weighs 185 grams. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. There is an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.

The OPPO Reno 7 Pro has a slightly bigger 6.55-inch FHD+ display with 1,080 x 2,400 pixels resolution, AMOLED panel, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 layer, 20:9 aspect ratio, and 90Hz refresh rate. It has a 4,500mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging.
The Reno 7 Pro houses a triple rear camera setup, comprising of a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. There is a 32MP Sony IMX709 selfie snapper on the front for selfies.

It has a 4,500mAh battery with 33W fast charging support and sports an in-display fingerprint sensor. Connectivity features include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and USB Type-C port. The phone measures 160.2×73.2×7.45mm and weighs 171 grams.

Oppo Enco Free 2i price, specifications
The company has also unveiled the OPPO Enco Free 2i earbuds at the event, priced at RMB 499 (approx Rs 5,800). They will be on sale in China from December 3rd. The earbuds come with active noise cancellation (ANC) technology and are claimed to deliver up to 30 hours of playback on a single charge. They’re the slightly tweaked version of the Enco Free 2 that was launched in May.
