BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) has slashed the prices of three of its prepaid plans that are priced under Rs 100 by up to Rs 2. The plans in question are STV (special tariff vouchers) Rs 56, Rs 57, and Rs 58. However, the state-led telecom network hasn’t made any changes to the benefits of these plans, meaning users can continue enjoying the same validity and data benefits. The new prices of the prepaid plans are already effective from October 18th, 2021, and can be recharged through the BSNL website or any third-party application. Notably, these new prices are applicable only in Kerala circles and don’t apply to the entire country.
BSNL Rs 56 STV: The BSNL Rs 56 STV is now cheaper by Rs 2, bringing down the price to Rs 54. It comes with 8 days validity and 5600 seconds of calling time.
BSNL Rs 57 STV: BSNL Rs 57 STV will now cost Rs 56. With this plan, customers get 10GB of data and a free subscription to Zing Entertainment music, and 10 days validity.
BSNL Rs 58 STV: The BSNL Rs 58 plan’s price is down to Rs 57. This plan also offers the facility to activate or extend the prepaid international roaming pack. The validity of this pack is 30 days.
Separately, BSNL users can now upgrade their existing SIM card to BSNL’s international roaming at just Rs 50 and make calls from/to anywhere in the world. Once users enable the international prepaid SIM, they can recharge with Rs 57 or Rs 168 plan that offers 30 and 90 days validity, respectively.
