The Xiaomi 11T 5G series will consist of the Xiaomi 11T 5G and 11T Pro 5G and will succeed the Mi 10T that was launched in October 2020. Xiaomi 11T, 11T Pro 5G design and specifications
Major design leaks surrounding the Xiaomi 11T 5G come from the official case renders that come from tipster Snoopy’s tweet. This comes ahead of the expected September 15th launch in which Xiaomi might announce the Xiaomi 11T 5G and Xiaomi 11T Pro 5G. The official case renders gives us a look at the front and back design of the Xiaomi 11T 5G smartphones. The rear panel accommodates a rather large dark glass housing for the cameras. The rounded-off rectangle will play host to a triple-camera set-up. The housing will also contain the LED flash as well as the laser autofocus unit. Camera units will include a 108MP main camera unit and can be expected to be accompanied by an ultra-wide-angle and tele-macro camera unit. The right-hand side of the phone will house the power button and volume rockers. The fingerprint reader will be built into the power button.
The Xiaomi 11T 5G will have a 6.7 inch OLED screen that will refresh at 120Hz. The display will be flat (i.e. it won’t be sharply curved around the edges), will have thin bezels and a moderately thick chin, and will house a hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera in the top center. The Xiaomi 11T Pro 5G will be powered by the Snapdragon 888 5nm SoC from Qualcomm and Xiaomi 11T 5G will come with the Dimensity 1200 chipset from MediaTek. The Xiaomi 11T 5G models will also ship with a 5000mAh battery and 120W fast charging support. The Xiaomi 11T 5G will come in Celestial Blue, Moonlight White and Meteorite Grey colour variants.
