Thomas Pesquet, an ESA astronaut who is currently aboard the International Space Station (ISS) posted a video of himself on Twitter in which he can be seen doing squats using some heavy equipment which is the Advanced Resistive Exercise Device (ARED) of the ISS. He aptly called his physical exercise “space workout”.via ©Times Of India
