Netflix FAQs
All your queries regarding Netflix monthly and yearly subscription answered here:
Netflix free trial
Netflix doesn’t offer a free trial to new users anymore, even though that was the case earlier. You will need to pay the price of the subscription in order to check out the catalogue and the experience. Of course, you will also need to share your banking details to avail the free trial. Since this makes the first-time usage a subscription plan and not a free trial, you can choose to cancel the subscription within the first month if you do not enjoy the content.
What is Netflix free upgrade offer?
Netflix is also offering a free upgrade offer to first-time subscribers in India. Under this plan, all new subscribers are upgraded to a higher-tier plan for free for the first 30 days. After 30 days, the subscription is reverted to the original plan if the customer doesn’t change their plan. For example, if you subscribe to the “Standard” plan that costs Rs 649/month, you will automatically receive the benefits of the “Premium” plan that costs Rs 799 for the first 30 days. Netflix does this to let their user experience the benefits of its higher-tier offerings and entice them to upgrade after the free period ends.
