Vivo launched the Vivo X70 series in China and globally last week. The lineup includes the Vivo X70, Vivo X70 Pro, and Vivo X70 Pro+ models. The company has already confirmed that the Vivo X70 series will be available in India, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, and other markets. To recall, the Vivo X70 Pro+ with model number V2114 was spotted on the BIS website last month, hinting at its imminent launch in the country. Now, the same model has been spotted on the Google Play Console listing by 91mobiles. The listing reveals key specifications that we already know, but it also tells us that the phone will launch in India soon.
When will Vivo X70 Pro+ launch in India?
The Vivo X70 Pro+ launch date in India is yet to be revealed but we expect to see the phone arrive later this month alongside the vanilla X70. Since the Vivo X70 Pro+ India version with model number V2114 has now been spotted on the Google Play Console website, its India launch seems imminent.
Vivo X70 Pro+ specifications
According to the Google Play Console listing, the Vivo X70 Pro+ India variant features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ paired with 12GB of RAM. The phone is listed with an FHD+ (1080×2400) display but the device actually supports a 1440×3200 screen resolution.
As the phone has already gone official, we know every other aspect of the device as well. The Vivo X70 Pro+ features a 6.78-inch OLED screen with an LTPO panel, 120Hz refresh rate, and HDR support. The phone packs a 4,500mAh battery that supports 55W fast charging. The device also supports 50W wireless fast charging.
As for the cameras, the Vivo X70 Pro+’s Zeiss-branded camera system incudes a 50MP primary camera, a 48MP gimbal-stabilised wide-angle lens, a 12MP telephoto lens, and an 8MP periscope camera. Lastly, the Vivo flagship ships with Android 11.
