Redmi 32-inch and 43-inch smart TVs have been launched in India officially. The latest budget smart TVs ship with top of the line features like dual-band Wi-Fi (a first in the segment), Android 11 TV OS out of the box, and 20W speakers with DTS and Dolby Audio. Both the TVs boot PatchWall 4 UI with IMDb integration that shows the IMDb rating of each movie/ show at the top-left corner. There’s also auto low-latency mode and Bluetooth 5.0 for seamless connection to audio devices, and improved Miracast feature for better casting. The remote control has hotkeys for Netflix, Prime Video, and Google Assistant. 

Redmi TV 32-inch and 43-inch prices in India

The Redmi 32-inch smart TV price in India is Rs 15,999, while the 43-inch model costs Rs 25,999. The first sale of the TVs will be held on the first day of the upcoming Diwali with Mi and Amazon Great Indian Festival sales. The company says the 32-inch and 43-inch models will be available at a special price in the Diwali with Mi sale. The TVs will be on sale via Mi.com, Mi Home, Mi Studio, Amazon, and across all offline retail stores.

The 32-inch Redmi smart TV has an HD+ (1366 x 768 pixels) display with over 1 million pixels, a vivid picture engine, 178-degree viewing angle, various picture modes, and narrow bezels. The 43-inch variant has FHD ((1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution with 2 million pixels. The TVs boot Android 11 OS out of the box with PatchWall UI 4.0 and IMDb integration as well as Google Assistant and Miracast support. Connectivity ports include antenna, 2x HDMI, LAN network, AV input, 3.5mm earphone jack, and dual USB 2.0 ports. There’s auto low-latency mode, dual-band Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.0. The remote control supports quick mute by double-tapping the volume down and quick wake.

The TVs have 20W speakers with DTX, Dolby Audio and Dolby 5.1 surround sound. There’s Dolby Atmos via HDMI ARC port. The TVs run on Android, so there’s Google Play Store with over 5,000 apps and games. There’s a built-in Chromecast and PatchWalll 4.0 supports 15+ languages and 75+ free live channels. The Redmi Smart TVs are powered by the 64-bit quad-core processor with quad-core A35 CPU and Mali G31 GPU. There’s 1GB RAM and 8GB storage on board.
