Realme 8s 5G price in India, specifications, and availability details were revealed last week when the phone officially launched. The phone goes on sale in India today at 12 PM IST. It is the world’s first phone to come with the MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC with 5G network connectivity. The Realme 8s features a punch-hole camera, a rectangular rear camera module, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Key Realme 8s 5G specifications include a 6.5-inch 90Hz display, 64MP camera, 30W fast-charging support, and up to 128GB internal storage. The Realme 8i, on the other hand, will be up for grabs tomorrow i.e September 14h.

Realme 8s price in India is Rs 17,999 for the 6GB/128GB variant, while the 8GB/128GB model costs Rs 19,999. The phone will be available in Universe Blue and Universe Purple colours. The Realme 8s will be on sale today at 12 PM IST via Flipkart and Realme websites. The company is offering a Rs 1,500 discount for customers buying the Realme 8s 5G through HDFC or ICICI Bank credit, debit, and EMI transactions.

The Realme 8s sports a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a 180Hz touch sampling rate, 2400 X 1080 pixels resolution, 90.50 percent screen-to-body ratio, punch-hole camera, 100 percent DCI-P3 colour Space, and 600nits brightness. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset coupled with ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB internal storage that is further expandable up to 1TB. The phone ships with 5GB virtual RAM (Dynamic RAM Expansion technology) for better multitasking. It runs on Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 custom skin out of the box.
Moving to optics, Realme 8s has a triple camera setup on the back, with a 64MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 2MP B&W lens with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2MP 4cm macro lens with f/2.4 aperture. There is a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. A5,000mAh battery with 33W fast-charging support fuels the phone. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/Glonass/ Galileo, and USB Type-C. The phone measures 162.5 X 74.8 X 8.5mm and weighs 191 grams.
