Vivo X70 Pro appears on Geekbench with key specs: Dimensity 1200, 12GB RAM, and more

After the alleged Vivo X70 appeared on Geekbench, it’s now the Vivo X70 Pro that has appeared on the benchmarking platform with the model number Vivo V2105, as spotted by MySmartPrice. The Vivo X70 series is scheduled to debut in India sometime in September when IPL 2021 resumes. The lineup is expected to include the standard Vivo X70, X70 Pro, and X70 Pro Plus. Thanks to two a couple of leaks in recent times, the camera specifications of the Vivo X70 series have surfaced online. The Geekbench listing of the X70 Pro reveals the chipset, Android OS, and RAM option. The phone has managed to score 859 and 2639 in Geekbench single-core and multi-core tests, respectively.

Vivo X70 Pro specifications on Geekbench

Vivo X70 Pro has appeared on Geekbench with the model number V2105. The listing suggests the flagship will be powered by the MT6893Z chipset, which is the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC. Interestingly, the standard Vivo X70 is also said to come with the same chipset, according to Geekbench. The Vivo X70 Pro will come with Android 11 OS, which may be skinned with Funtouch OS 11 custom skin and 12GB RAM, but there could be other options at launch. That’s pretty much everything that is revealed from the Geekbench listing.

As for other details, the Vivo X70 is said to come with a large f/1.15 aperture that should allow more light for brighter pictures and a five-axis image stabilisation which will make it the first phone on the planet with such a feature. The Vivo X70 is said to come with a Samsung E4 AMOLED display, 120Hz refresh rate, FHD+ resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 6 layer on top. The Vivo X70 Pro+ may come with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. Lastly, the X70 series may come with Zeiss optics and 66W fast-charging support.

Vivo X70 series price in India (expected)

The Vivo X70 Pro price in India is said to be around Rs 50,000, while the X70 Pro Plus will be a little expensive at around Rs 70,000. The price of the standard Vivo X70 hasn’t been tipped yet but it should fall under Rs 50,000.
