Vivo seems to be working on entering the laptop segment to take on Xiaomi and Realme. The brand is conducting a survey for a laptop, 91mobiles has learned from tipster Yogesh Brar. In the survey, Vivo is asking consumers what they would like to see in terms of the laptop’s price band, display size, processors, and so on. This may give us an insight into the upcoming Vivo Book specifications. Notably, ASUS sells laptops under its VivoBook series, so it will be interesting to see what Vivo will be calling its own laptops.

Vivo laptops tipped to be in the works
Tipster Yogesh Brar told 91mobiles that the company is done taking its smartwatch survey and it seems a Vivo smartwatch will launch alongside the Vivo X70 series in September. As for the Vivo laptop, there is no word yet on when the product will launch. According to the survey, the upcoming Vivo laptops could come in two display sizes, with either the 11th generation Intel Core i3 or i5 processor, or both.
That’s all we know about the upcoming Vivo laptops as of now. If Vivo is indeed taking a survey, we can expect some official teasers about the Vivo laptops in the coming months. A similar survey route was taken by Realme as well. Realme posted a laptop survey on its forum website in May and the company is now gearing up to launch the Realme Book in India this month.
As of now, all we know is that Vivo is getting ready to launch the X70 series and a smartwatch in India in September. The Vivo X70 Pro price in India is said to be around Rs 50,000, while the X70 Pro Plus is expected to cost as high as Rs 70,000.
