Realme Flash specifications have been revealed in a new report soon after the brand officially teased the launch of the smartphone. The biggest talking point of Realme’s teaser was that it will be the first Realme phone to support wireless charging. Realme is using a new technology called MagDart, which sounds similar to Apple’s MagSafe. Recently leaked renders of MagDart chargers showed us a slim, puck-shaped charger and a boxy charger that can magnetically attach to the back of a phone. Now, GSMArena has revealed that the upcoming phone is called Realme Flash and we also learn about some key specs as well.

Realme Flash with magnetic wireless charging and Snapdragon 888 SoC coming soon
The Realme Flash will be the first-ever Android phone to support magnetic wireless charging, GSMArena reports. The MagDart will clip onto the back of the Realme phone much like how the MagSafe charger magnetically attaches to the back of the iPhone 12. The bulkier MagDart charger houses a fan to keep the heat in check. As per the report, MagDart will offer charging speeds exceeding 15W, making it the fastest magnetic charger once it launches.
A few images also reveal key Realme Flash specifications. The “About Phone” section tells us that the Realme Flash is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset paired with 12GB RAM. The phone runs on Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0. The device ships with 256GB of internal storage. Other than this, we know that the phone comes with a corner punch-hole camera, a curved screen, and a triple camera system housed in a rectangular module.
The Realme Flash launch date is yet to be revealed. We expect the phone to arrive soon as the brand has begun teasing its launch on social media. We hope to learn more about the Realme Flash specifications as well as the new MagDart magnetic wireless charging support. Stay tuned to know more about this upcoming Realme flagship phone.
