OPPO Reno6 Z launch in China is scheduled for July 21st and will come as a new variant in the company’s Reno 6 lineup that already has Reno 6, Reno 6 Pro and Reno 6 Pro+. The handset will succeed the Reno5 Z from April this year. Now, while we wait for the announcement, the Reno6 Z has appeared on Geekbench with the model number CPH2237. The listing reveals the Android version it will run, RAM, and the chipset details. The handset has managed to score 589 in the single-core round and 1749 in the multi-core section, respectively. These scores suggest the phone will a mid-range offering.

OPPO Reno6 Z appears on Geekbench

The OPPO Reno6 Z Geekbench listing shows it will come with Android 11 OS, probably skinned with ColorOS 11 and 8GB RAM, but there could be other options at launch. The CPU section mentions the phone will be powered by the MT6853V/TNZA, which is associated with the MediaTek Dimensity 800U SoC and the chipset will be clocked at 2GHz. That’s pretty much everything that is revealed from Geekbench. However, the phone has been listed on the OPPO Thailand page, revealing its entire design and specifications. The phone has a triple camera setup arranged in a rectangular module with an LED flash. There’s also a mention of 5G. The phone will be available in light Blue and dark Blue colour hues. It will come with 30W fast-charging support and be powered by the Dimensity 800U SoC.

OPPO Reno6 Z specifications (rumoured)

The OPPO Reno6 Z specifications leaked just recently. It is said to come with a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, a standard 60Hz refresh rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 layer. The phone is said to pack 8GB RAM and 256GB storage that may be expandable. A 4,310mAh battery is said to fuel the phone. The triple camera setup on the back will house a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro camera. On the front, it is said to have a 32MP snapper for selfies and video chats. Connectivity features could include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer.
