OPPO Reno 6 series India launch is scheduled for next week and it will come as successors to the Reno 5 lineup. Reno 6 and Reno 6 Pro are OPPO’s premium mid-range phones and were originally launched in China back in May. The Reno 6 series will be sold via Flipkart and a dedicated microsite has revealed the design and some key specifications as well. The standard version will come with a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC and Android 11 OS. The Reno 6 Pro, on the other hand, will come with a 6.55-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, Dimensity 1200 SoC, and a 64MP primary sensor. OPPO Reno 6 and OPPO Reno 6 Pro India prices will be revealed Wednesday, July 14th when the phones launch in the country. OPPO Reno 6 price in China starts from CNY 2,799 (approx Rs 31,800) for the base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The Reno 6 Pro 8GB/128GB model is priced at CNY 3,499 (approx Rs 39,800). We can expect Indian prices to be on similar lines.

OPPO Reno 6 sports a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a punch-hole camera and 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage that should be further expandable via a microSD card. The phone boots Android 11-based ColorOS 11 custom skin on top and has a 4,300mAh battery with 65W fast-charging support. The Reno 6 has triple cameras at the back with a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro lens. There is a 32MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats and an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. Connectivity features include 5G/4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer.
OPPO Reno 6 Pro flaunts a larger 6.55-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 2,400 X 1,080 pixels resolution, punch-hole cutout, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top. The handset is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The phone runs on Android 11-based ColorOS skin on top and has a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast-charging support. The Reno 6 Pro features a triple camera system that includes a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro.
