Xiaomi FlipBuds Pro launch date and specifications
The FlipBuds Pro TWS earbuds from Xiaomi will launch in China on May 13th. We’re not sure if the company will bring these earbuds to India and other regions yet. Most of Xiaomi’s products launch in China first and then come to our country. The leaked images come courtesy of Abhishek Yadav on Twitter. He uploaded a couple of images showing the earbuds, as well as revealed some of its features.
The earbuds have a matte black finish and resemble the Apple AirPods Pro. The case seems to offer a glossy finish in Black and should support wireless charging as we can see an LED charging light on the outside. Xiaomi will provide silicone eartips with the buds for better sound isolation and comfortable fit.
They will come with support for Active Noise Cancellation, and offer a noise reduction depth of up to 40dB. It’ll get three levels of ANC with a mode each for travel, office, and daily use. The FlipBuds Pro will offer Gesture support, and also offer wearing detection that will pause audio when a user takes the earbuds off. As for audio, we don’t have the exact specifications, but the earbuds get 11mm drives and will support aptX Adaptive, AAC, and SBS codecs.
