Vivo V21 5G price in India will be announced during the launch event of the smartphone in the country. The Vivo V21 5G costs RM 1,599 in Malaysia for 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. This comes to around Rs 29,999 in India, but we expect the Vivo V21 5G price in India to be more affordable. The teaser image for the Indian launch of the Vivo V21 5G has revealed that the smartphone will be sold in India exclusively from Flipkart.
Vivo V21 5G specifications
The Vivo V21 5G features a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, support for HDR10+, and 500 nits of brightness. While most mid-range smartphones nowadays come with a punch-hole display, the Vivo V21 5G comes with a U-shaped notch on the screen.
The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset, which is made on a 7nm manufacturing process. The chipset is mated to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The Vivo V21 5G ships with the Android 11 operating system which has Funtouch OS 11.1 customization on top.
Coming to the cameras, the Vivo V21 5G features three cameras at the rear. The first one is a 64MP primary sensor with OIS and 4K/30fps video recording. A second camera is an ultrawide unit with an 8MP resolution. The third sensor is a 2MP macro lens. What sets the Vivo V21 5G apart from the crowd is its 44MP OIS-equipped front-facing camera. It is among the very few phones in the market to have 4K/30fps recording for the selfie camera.
The handset comes with a 4,000mAh battery with 33W charging. According to the brand, the Vivo V21 5G can charge from zero to 63 per cent in just 30 minutes. As the name of the device suggests, the Vivo V21 5G has support for the 5G cellular network. Fortunately, both the SIM card slots can run on the 5G network simultaneously. The Vivo V21 5G also has an in-display fingerprint scanner.
