Samsung Galaxy S21 FE renders have leaked online showcasing the design of the upcoming phone. We know that Samsung has been working on this device thanks to a leaked product timeline from the company. Samsung Galaxy S21 FE launch is expected in August this year and we now have our first look at the design. The leaks are courtesy of OnLeaks, and they come with a bunch of specifications as well. The South Korean giant recently launched the Galaxy S20 FE 5G variant in India and will reportedly discontinue the Exynos 990 variant.
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE renders
The leaked Samsung Galaxy S21 FE renders show a frosted polycarbonate rear panel that should offer the illusion of glass. It will get a glossy metal frame, as seen in the renders, and will overall look very similar to the standard Galaxy S21. The phone has a triple rear camera setup with that familiar camera bump, but there is a slight difference here.
Unlike the camera bump on the Galaxy S21 that extends from the metal frame, the bump on the S21 FE is part of the rear plastic panel and protrudes from it. The Galaxy S21 FE will also be slightly larger than the standard Galaxy S21, according to the tipster.
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE specifications
Although we don’t have all the specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, the tipster did reveal that the phone will get a flat 6.4-inch display. The panel will get a centrally located selfie cut out. Yes, the phone will get a slightly bigger display than the Galaxy S21. At the rear, the phone features a triple camera setup with a 12-megapixel primary sensor, another 12-megapixel ultra-wide, and an 8-megapixel telephoto unit.
Samsung’s Fan Edition phones have always offer top-notch performance similar to their standard variants. Therefore, you can expect the phone to use the same chipset as the Galaxy S21, but it will be priced lower thanks to the plastic body and other differences.
