Support pages for an upcoming laptop from Samsung, the Samsung Galaxy Book Go, have gone live on the brand’s official website for the UK and Ireland. To recall, the Samsung Galaxy Book Go was leaked for the first time in February. It is said to be a Windows 10 laptop powered by a new generation Qualcomm 8CX processor. The support pages that we have come across today not only confirm the existence of the Galaxy Book Go but also suggest an imminent launch of the device.
Samsung is holding a “Galaxy Unpacked” event on April 28 where the brand is expected to launch the Galaxy Book Pro and the Galaxy Book Pro 360. Considering that the support pages of the Galaxy Book Go have gone live, it is possible that the laptop could make its debut at the April 28 event alongside the two other Galaxy Books.
Samsung Galaxy Book Go official support pages go live
Last week, we spotted the Galaxy Book Go, bearing the model number NP345XLA, on the Wi-Fi Alliance and FCC certification websites. Today, we have come across support pages for a device with model number NP345XLAA-EXP on Samsung’s official website for the UK and Ireland. Considering the similarities with the model number of the Galaxy Book Go that we spotted on Wi-Fi Alliance, the NP345XLAA-EXP could be one of the variants of the laptop with different RAM/storage/color options or made for a particular region. Unfortunately, the support pages of the Galaxy Book Go don’t reveal any specifications about the device.
According to a tweet from @_h0x0d_, the Galaxy Book Go will feature a 14.0-inch display with Full HD resolution and it will come with two options for processors to choose from, Qualcomm 7CX and Qualcomm 8CX. There will be two configurations on offer. The first variant will have 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS storage. The second variant is said to have 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS storage.
