Redmi Note 10 series launched in India last month and comprises of three models: Redmi Note 10, Note 10 Pro, and Note 10 Pro Max. These bring significant upgrades over the previous generation and are considered to be value for money offerings in the segment. Xiaomi for the first time has introduced AMOLED panels to the Redmi Note lineup with up to 120Hz refresh rate. Now, several users are reporting about Redmi Note 10 series touch issues. Customers are complaining about screen flickering issues on their Redmi Note 10 Pro units. This is apparently happening when the refresh rate was set to 120Hz but nothing of that sort happened when it was set on 60Hz.

The screen flickering was also noticeable in dark mode. Xiaomi has reportedly told Indian Express that it is aware of the issues that some users are facing and is working on a fix. According to the company, the issue is being faced by less than 0.001 per cent of the Redmi Note 10 user base.
“We are aware of the issues that a few users are facing on Redmi Note 10 Pro. These issues have been reported by less than 0.001 per cent of Note 10 series user base. We are working to find a solution at the earliest. As a committed brand, our endeavour is to continue delivering on our consumer expectations. Our devices go through rigorous tests with a 10-point quality check, to ensure that we meet the highest quality standards. We are looking into the matter on top priority and regret the inconvenience caused to our consumers,” the company said in a statement.
Separately, Redmi Note 10s India could be soon as the phone had bagged the Bluetooth SIG certification with the model number M2101K7BI. The phone launched globally back in March and comes with a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, 1100 nits brightness, Corning Gorilla Glass 3, and standard 60Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G95 SoC paired with Mali-G76 3EEMC4 GPU, up to 8GB RAM, and 128GB storage that is expandable via a microSD card up to 512GB.
The phone runs Android 11-based MIUI 12 custom skin on top and packs a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. Redmi Note 10s has quad rear cameras at the back with a 48MP Sony IMX582 primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor with a 118-degree field of view, and a couple of 2MP sensors for macro and depth shots. There is a 13MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats. It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security, IR blaster, Hi-Res audio, and IP52 rating
