Realme GT Neo specifications have been spotted on Geekbench ahead of the phone’s launch on March 31st. The device is set to go official in China tomorrow and the company has already teased the design. The smartphone will come with a dual-tone finish on the rear panel and a rectangular camera module that houses triple cameras. Now, key Realme GT Neo specs have been spotted on Geekbench by MySmartPrice. Realme has already confirmed that the phone will come with the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC. The Geekbench listing reaffirms this and reveals the phone’s RAM and software version as well.

Realme GT Neo coming with 12GB RAM and Android 11
As per the Geekbench listing, Realme GT Neo with model number RMX3031 will come with 12GB RAM, which should be the higher-end variant. The phone should also be available in an 8GB RAM version as well. The listing also reveals that the phone will come with Android 11 out of the box. The phone is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset. The Realme GT Neo scores 975 in the single-core test and 3,320 in the multi-core test.
Realme GT Neo price and specifications (expected)
As per rumours, the Reame GT Neo price is said to start around RMB 2,000 (approx. Rs 22,000). The company has teased that the phone may launch in India, so you can expect the India price to be around Rs 25,000.
Realme GT Neo specifications will be similar to the Realme GT, except for the chipset. While the Realme GT is powered by the Snapdragon 888 SoC, the Neo comes with the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC. The phone may feature a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. We know the phone will come with up to 12GB RAM and Android 11 OS. Realme GT Neo is a 5G phone and the phone will sport a 64MP triple camera system. Other specs may include a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging.
