OnePlus launched the OnePlus 9 5G, OnePlus 9 Pro 5G, and the OnePlus 9R smartphones in India last week. The brand had announced that the OnePlus 9 5G and the OnePlus 9R will go on sale in India from April 15th, whereas, the OnePlus 9 Pro 5G will go on sale in the country from April 1st. However, if you are a OnePlus Red Cable or Amazon Prime member, you can purchase the OnePlus 9 Pro 5G from March 31st. As scheduled, the OnePlus 9 Pro 5G has gone on sale in India today. OnePlus 9 Pro 5G price in India and offers
The OnePlus 9 Pro 5G price in India is Rs 64,999 for the base variant that comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. There is also a 12GB+256GB variant on offer that is priced at Rs 69,999. You can get the smartphone in three colors – Morning Mist, Pine Green, and Stellar Black.
The OnePlus 9 Pro 5G is available to purchase from OnePlus.com if you are a Red Cable Club member. The phone is also available through Amazon if you are a Prime member. If you are not a Prime member, sales will begin for you from tomorrow.
OnePlus is offering Rs 4,000 off on OnePlus 9 Pro 5G if you purchase from its official website or Amazon India using an SBI credit card. With this offer, you can get the 8GB+128GB version of the OnePlus 9 Pro 5G for Rs 60,999 and the 12GB+256GB variant for Rs 65,999.
There is also a 10 per cent cashback offer on the OnePlus store if you make the payment through American Express cards. The maximum cashback is limited to Rs 5,000. It means that you can get the OnePlus 9 Pro 5G 8GB+128GB for Rs 59,999 and the 12GB+256GB version for Rs 64,999.
OnePlus 9 Pro 5G specifications
The OnePlus 9 Pro 5G is one of the very few phones in the market that use an LTPO display. It offers a variable refresh rate which improves the battery life of the smartphone. The display itself is a 6.7-inch QHD+ (3,216 x 1,440 pixels) resolution. It has a 120Hz variable refresh rate, HDR10+, 1,300 nits peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
All OnePlus flagships come with the flagship Qualcomm chipset at the OnePlus 9 Pro 5G is no different. It comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. The phone ships with Android 11 OS along with the brand’s OxygenOS 11 customization. The device houses a 4,500mAh battery with 65W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging.
OnePlus has collaborated with the legendary Hasselblad brand to tune the color calibration of the cameras of the OnePlus 9 Pro 5G.
