Realme is all set to launch its newest mid-range smartphones, the Realme Narzo 30A and Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G, in India next week. As the latter’s name suggests, it will be Realme’s fourth 5G-ready device for the Indian market after the Realme X7 and Realme X7 Pro earlier this year, and the Realme X50 Pro last year. The Realme Narzo 30A, on the other hand, will be a 4G-only device and it will be priced lower than the Pro model. Previous leaks told us quite a bit about Realme 30 Pro 5G and Realme Narzo 30A specifications. Here’s everything we know about both smartphones so far.

Realme Narzo 30 series launch date in India

Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G and Narzo 30A will launch in India on Wednesday, February 24th, at 12:30 PM IST. The company is expected to livestream the event online through YouTube and other official channels, so you will be able to watch it online.

Realme Narzo 30A, Narzo 30 Pro 5G prices in India (expected)

Realme’s Narzo line of smartphones is all about striking the perfect balance between price and performance. Previous iterations of the devices have always managed to keep costs below the Rs 15,000 mark. Therefore, we can expect the Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G to cost around 15,000 and the Realme Narzo 30A around Rs 10,000. The company’s India CEO Madhav Sheth has already teased that the Narzo 30 Pro 5G will be cheaper than the Realme X7.

Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G specifications

Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G is confirmed to come with the MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset, which is the same processor powering the Realme X7. The Realme Narzo 30 Pro will also come with a 120Hz display. But its panel type and screen size are unknown. Its 5,000mAh battery is expected to support fast charging at 30W, which is quite a downgrade from its predecessor -the Realme Narzo 20 Pro’s- 65W fast charging support. At the back, we get three rear cameras with a 48MP sensor at the helm. The smartphone will also come with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res audio. All in all, the Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G specifications are expected to be similar to the Realme Q2 5G that was launched in China.

Realme Narzo 30A specifications

The Realme Narzo 30A is expected to come with a 6.5-inch screen with a waterdrop-notch which will house the smartphone’s 8MP selfie camera. We’re very likely looking at an HD+ IPS LCD panel. It is tipped to run the MediaTek Helio G85 chipset and powered by a massive 6,000mAh battery that supports fast charging at 18W. The largest compromise on the Realme 30A lies in its rear cameras, which will consist of two sensors, one of which will be 13MP. Realme has thrown in a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner in the mix, too.
