iQOO Neo5 price and specs have surfaced on the web ahead of launch. The upcoming Neo-series smartphone from iQOO is said to compete against the Redmi K40 series, which is scheduled to go official later this month. A Weibo post reveals that the iQOO phone’s design will be similar to Redmi K40 around the back, with a rectangular camera module that houses two large sensors and a smaller sensor with LED flash. iQOO Neo5 specifications will include the sub-flagship Snapdragon 870 SoC, 66W or 88W SuperFlash 3.0 flash charging technology, 120Hz refresh rate display, and 48MP triple rear cameras. As for the iQOO Neo5 price, it’s said to start at around Rs 33,000 in China.

There will also be 8GB+128GB and 12GB+128GB variants, which are tipped to be priced at RMB 3,298 (approx 37,000) and RMB 3,398 (approx Rs 38,200), respectively. The top-end 12GB+256GB storage option will allegedly be priced at RMB 3,698 (approx Rs 41,600).

iQOO Neo5 specifications will include the newly-launched Snapdragon 870 chipset, according to the Weibo post. This will be paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage onboard. The handset will pack a Samsung E3 SuperAMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. For photography, it’s rumoured to sport a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video calling in the punch-hole style setup and triple cameras at the back with a 48MP primary sensor, 13MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 2MP sensor for depth or macro shots.
