ZEE5 is a home-grown video streaming service that offers a mix of originals, shows, music, and movies in 12 languages and has a bespoke catalogue of premium content for audiences across India. The platform, managed by Essel Group, also leverages its partnership with ALTBalaji whose originals, shows, and movies are available for free to ZEE5 subscribers. ZEE5 premium subscription is divided into two categories: ‘Club’ and ‘All Access’. They both come with different price tags, validity, and benefits.
ZEE5 Club plan: Price, benefit, validity
The ZEE5 ‘Club’ membership includes yearly benefits of the latest TV shows from ZEE before the telecast, Zindagi TV Shows, Kids, Live TV, and select ZEE5 originals, ALT Balaji shows, and movies. The subscription has been priced at Rs 365. The plan supports streaming on as many as five devices at a time and you can also download content on smartphones for offline viewing.
ZEE5 All Access plan: Price, benefit, validity
ZEE5’s ‘All Access’ membership, as the name suggests, comprises all ZEE5 originals and exclusives, blockbuster movies, ALT Balaji shows, Zindagi TV shows, Kids, Live TV, and TV shows before the telecast. Unlike the Club membership, the subscription to All-Access membership is a bit more flexible. You can avail the yearly subscription or select monthly/ quarterly/ half-yearly packs based on your requirements. The ZEE5 ‘All Access’ subscription price in India starts at Rs 99/ month and goes up to Rs 999 for a year. It also supports five screens at a time and offline viewing.
As stated above, ZEE5 premium subscription is available for free to prepaid Airtel and Vodafone Idea users with select prepaid packs that also include unlimited voice calling, data, SMSes, and other benefits.
ZEE5 premium subscriptions Airtel recharge plans
ZEE5 premium subscription is available for Airtel users with just one recharge plan, which is priced at Rs 289, at the moment. The pack offers ‘All Access’ benefits of the streaming platform, along with unlimited voice calling, 1.5GB data per day, 100 SMSes/ day, and other complementary services – all valid for 28 days. You’ll have to subscribe to the recharge pack to continue using ZEE5 premium for free.
ZEE5 premium subscriptions Vodafone-Idea recharge plans
For Vodafone and Idea users, the benefit of ZEE5 premium is available with all ‘unlimited’ prepaid packs that start at Rs 19 and go up to Rs 2,399. The latter is a long term recharge pack from Vodafone Idea will offer ZEE5 premium subscription for at least a year.
