Realme new mobile phones launching in 2021: Realme X7, Race, Narzo 30, and more

It seems like there will be a lot more Realme new phone launches in 2021 than last year. We’re just past January, when the company launched Realme V15, and there are reports that as many as five Realme new phones are soon to follow. Realme X7 and Realme X7 Pro India launch event has been scheduled on February 4th, while the company has confirmed that its flagship Realme Race will be unveiled later this month. The other Realme new mobile phone launches, which are rumoured to be in work, remain a mystery at the moment. Nevertheless, here’s a quick look at all the Realme upcoming mobile phones that will be launching in 2021, according to the rumour mill.

Realme X7 and X7 Pro

Realme X7 and X7 Pro will be making their India debut on February 4th. The smartphones have already been launched globally, with 5G capable chipset, AMOLED display, 65W fast charging support, 64MP quad rear cameras, and more. That said, Realme X7 specifications are a bit different from the Pro model. The vanilla Realme X7 rocks a MediaTek Dimensity 800U SoC coupled with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, 4.300mAh battery, and a display with standard 60Hz refresh rate. The Realme X7 Pro, on the other hand, employs MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ SoC, 4,500mAh battery, and 120Hz refresh rate display. The Realme X7 and Realme X7 Pro prices in China start roughly at around Rs 20,000.

Realme Race and Race Pro

Realme upcoming phones 2021

Realme Race and Race Pro launch date haven’t been announced yet, but they are confirmed to arrive in February. Realme Race launch will happen after the spring festival i.e. sometime after February 12th in China, said Realme’s China President Xu Qi. The new Realme phones are confirmed to be the company’s first premium flagship with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G chipset. Realme Race and Realme Race pro specifications are tipped to include a 5,000mAh battery, 125W fast-charging support, up to 12GB RAM option, and 64MP cameras. Additionally, Realme Race Pro is said to sport an impressive 160Hz refresh rate display.

Realme Narzo 30 series

Rumours are rife that the company is working on new Narzo-series phones, which will come with Realme Narzo 30, Narzo 30 Pro, and Narzo 30A monikers. The Realme Narzo 30A was recently spotted on BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) and Thailand’s NTBC (National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission), which indicates that its launch is just around the corner. The new Realme mobile phone is speculated to pack an HD+ screen, an entry-level MediaTek SoC, three (or four) rear cameras, and a ~5,000mAh battery.

Realme X9 Pro

There is no word on the regular Realme X9 smartphone at the moment, but we do have information on Realme X9 Pro. The new Realme X-series phone is said to be in work. The handset is tipped to rock MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC under the hood, a 6.4-inch FHD+ OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, a 4,500mAh battery, 65W fast charging support, and up to 12GB RAM + 256GB storage option. The phone is likely to boot on Android 11 OS with Realme UI 2.0 custom skin on top out of the box. Moving to cameras, the Realme X9 Pro will reportedly pack a large 108MP primary camera and two 13MP sensors. That’s all we know so far!

Realme 8 and Realme 8 Pro

Realme’s new phone in the numeric series lineup is likely to be dubbed as Realme 8. The smartphone was allegedly spotted on Geekbench with model number RMX3092. The listing reveals key Realme 8 specifications such as the chipset, RAM, and software. The successor to Realme 7 is said to be powered by octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 720 chipset clocked at 2GHz, which will be paired with 8GB RAM. There could be other RAM variants of the phone as well. Software-wise, the Realme 8 will boot Android 10 OS out of the box. There are rumours that the Realme 8 Pro is also in the works.

Realme C21

It could be the new Realme C-series smartphone. The Realme C21 launch seems to be around the corner as the smartphone has been certified by the Indonesian Telecom certification, NBTC, BIS, Wi-Fi Alliance, and other certification websites. There isn’t much we know about Realme C21 specifications right now, except that it’ll come with 10W charging support and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
