Lava Z1, Z2, Z4, and Z6 prices in India, specifications, and sale dates have been announced as the phones launched in the country. The handsets have been made and designed in India. The Lava Z1 comes with entry-level specifications such as MediaTek A20 SoC, 5MP front and rear cameras, and 3,100mAh battery. The Lava Z2, Z4, and Z6 specs are slightly more powerful as they pack 5,000mAh battery, 6.5-inch HD+ display, MediaTek Helio G35 SoC, and up to 6GB RAM + 64GB storage option. The Lava Z1 price in India is set at Rs 5,499. The handset will be available for sale in the country from January 26th via both offline and online channels, including Amazon.in. The Lava Z2 is priced at Rs 6,999 in India, while the Lava Z4 and Lava Z6 come with a sticker price of Rs 8,999 and Rs 9,999 respectively. These three handsets will go on sale starting January 11th onwards in the country.
Lava myZ customisation program
Lava also announced myZ program at the launch event. The program lets you customise the latest Lava Z2, Z4, and Z6, with RAM, storage, cameras, and colours as per your requirement on the official myZ website. That said, the standard specifications such as the chipset, battery, and the display will remain constant across models. The company also allows you to upgrade the RAM and inbuilt storage of the smartphone within a year by paying a fraction of the phone’s actual price.

Lava Z2 specifications
The Lava Z2 rocks a 6.5-inch HD+ waterdrop notch display that bears Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection as well. The handset is powered by MediaTek Helio G35 SoC coupled with 2GB RAM + 32GB storage onboard. For photography, the handset employs dual cameras that comprise 13MP + 2MP sensors at the back. Up front, it gets an 8MP shooter for selfies and video calling. The handset is driven by 5,000mAh battery.
Lava Z4 specifications
The Lava Z4 specifications remain pretty much the same as the Lava Z2. It packs MediaTek Helio G35 SoC, 5,000mAh battery, and 6.5-inch HD+ display. However, the Lava Z4 highlights include upgraded cameras, fingerprint sensor, and configuration. In the imaging department, the handset rocks triple rear cameras with an additional 5MP ultra-wide sensor. The front camera of the phone sports a 16MP snapper instead of 8MP.

The Lava Z6 is nothing but the 6GB RAM variant of the Lava Z4. The Z6 also sports 13MP triple rear cameras, 16MP selfie shooter, Helio G35 SoC, 64GB storage, 5,000mAh battery, 6.5-inch HD+ display with waterdrop notch, and fingerprint sensor.
