After unveiling its realme C3 and realme C11 a few months back, realme has been constantly adding new members in its best entry-level affordable C lineup of smartphones. The company has now unveiled realme C12 in the Nepali market along with the realme C15.
Both of these smartphones share most of the similarities including a 6.5-inch display, gigantic 6,000mAh battery, and Helio G35 chipset, but there are some minor changes here and there. Let’s find out more about the specifications, features, availability, and realme C12 price in Nepal.
realme C12 Specifications and Features
In realme C12, you get a 6.5-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a screen resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels and an 88.7% screen-to-body ratio. The display features a waterdrop notch that houses a 5MP (f/2.4) selfie camera. The display is further protected by Corning Gorilla Glass on the top.
Similar to the recent C-series devices, the realme C12 too uses a 2.3GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 chipset that is paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage and supports a maximum of 256GB memory expansion.
On the back, the smartphone has a 13MP AI triple camera setup on its rear that is nicely packed in a square-box module. And the LED Flashlight contained alongside the lenses. It consists of a 13MP (f/2.2) primary lens that is complemented by two 2MP auxiliary cameras. It also provides Super Nightscape Mode, hardware-level portrait blurring effect Portrait Mode which brings more shooting methods.
The selfie camera also supports the Use Gesture to Take Photo, AI Beauty, and hardware-level portrait blurring effect Portrait Mode, allowing you to take a great selfie easily.
The phone’s key selling point – its 6,000 mAh battery comes with 10W charging though it still retains the useful reverse charging capabilities via OTG cable. The company claims that the smartphone can support 60 hours of Spotify use or 28 hours of YouTube watching, and the phone’s standby time is up to 57 days.
The software side is covered by realme UI which sits atop of Android 10. Also, the rear panel features a fingerprint reader, which the realme C11 lacked.
